We ship from our international fulfilment centres to customers across the EU, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Every order includes tracked shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active. Track your order on our Track Order page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most orders to the EU under €150 and the UK under £135, no additional import charges apply. If any customs fees are levied by your country, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect address information. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mingsmarketplace@gmail.com.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, first check with neighbours and your local post office. Then contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
